REFUND & RETURNS POLICY (Food-Specific – UK)
1. Overview
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, we want you to be happy with your order and will resolve issues fairly.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable food products
Opened or consumed items
3. Damaged or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the issue
Description of the problem
4. Refunds & Replacements
We may offer:
A replacement product, or
A full or partial refund
This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by couriers
Failed delivery due to incorrect address
Missed deliveries where the recipient is unavailable
